	WhalesCape is a holiday house on two floors and has magnificent ocean views from both levels. You can view the sea from the open plan kitchen, dining room and living room in which the sea is framed in a picture window. There are balcony decks on both floors to sit and enjoy the sea air. Outside vine convered eating area sits 14. St James is an historic area with lots of beautiful old houses. It is a pocket known by locals to be protected from the wind, which can pick up in the afternoon in neighbouring areas. From Jacobs Ladder, walk down the cobbled steps to the beach. The first beach is a children's beach with a tide pool and can get quite busy. The 2nd beach is quieter and people from the ladder tend to gather there at the end of a working day.

The ground floor consists of open plan Kitchen, Living room and Dining room for modern living with sea views. The Living room with large Picture Window, 74cm TV and multi-standard, region-free DVD player, Dolby 5:1 sound, Satellite TV. Dining area with table for up to 14. Kitchen with gas oven, microwave and middle block for food preparation. Cleaning area with washer, dryer and dish-washer. Bedroom 3 has a sea view. This is a large studio with a King Sized bed or 2 singles depending on guests needs with en-suite shower. The upper floor has a master bedroom with sea views. This has en-suite bath & shower with sea views and private deck/balcony. Bedroom 2 has mountain views. This has en-suite bath. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and en-suite shower. All bedrooms have toilets. The office area is on the second floor with sea views. It has fax, printer and computer with DSL Broadband Internet; and open onto the deck/balcony. 	St James is about 40 minutes drive from Cape Town International airport. It is in the heart of False Bay and is no more than 30 minutes from most parts of the city. The house has a 2 car garage adjacent to the house, accessed by driving up Capri Street. St James is a nice, crime-free neighborhood. The house has alarm systems.
